What I Do

I teach people math. I offer personalized one-on-one classes over videochat with flexible scheduling. I have more than 2000 hours of teaching experience.

Most of my students are professionals looking to learn math in a setting that's more customizable than a college course. I've taught people with Ivy League math degrees and people with little to no previous math background. You can read testimonials from some of my students.

What You Can Expect

We'll spend your free consultation talking about your goals and experience. Then I'll help you design a curriculum that fits your schedule. Most students meet with me once or twice per week for an hour at a time.

I typically recommend reading and problems for you to work on outside of class at your own pace (there's no such thing as a late assignment!). We'll spend class time answering your questions, talking through your solutions, and working through problems together. We can also read and analyze any papers or blog posts you want to understand.

My hourly rate (as of 2025) is $90. You can also buy 10 hours of tutoring in advance for $800.
